Google Glass: How it Feels Video

Google Glass-How it Feels Video - Header

Google has released video footage of what the Google Glass experience would feel like when worn. The video features voice commands, video and image capturing, Google searches, voice translation and much more. Also released were a few details regarding the hardware, which will be available in five colours: charcoal, tangerine, shale, cotton and sky. The device will also be water-resistant, very durable and available with a pair of sunglasses attached.

Communicating with the headset starts with a simple “Ok Glass” command, followed by instructions such as “take a picture,” “start recording” and asking for directions. Google Glass will also be fully integrated with other Google projects such as Google+, where you can share videos as they happen using the hangout feature. Although the device will revolutionise the industry, there are still some unanswered questions in its usability; my pick being how it will reacts to commands from persons in close proximity to you and your headset, which could lead to some disastrous consequences.
