2013 Oscar Nominations – Winners Update

Written by

The 2013 Oscar nominations were announced earlier today by host Seth MacFarlane (Family Guy) and Emma Stone (The Amazing Spider-man) at the Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Beverly Hills. So who are the 2013 Oscar nominees? No prizes for guessing this years list I’m afraid. For the first time in a long time, there are very few surprises in the nominations list, except the absence of nominations for director’s Ben Affleck (Argo) and Kathryn Bigelow (Zero Dirty Thirty). Spielberg’s Lincoln leads the pack with an impressive 12 nominations and Quvenzhané Wallis becomes the youngest actor ever nominated for a lead performance. Let us know your thoughts… (our picks in red)
